ITSM Academy’s Becomes Sixth North American Company to Achieve ITIL Foundation Content Accredited

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL — February 14, 2005 – ITSM Academy, Inc. announced today their ITIL Foundation Content has been accredited by EXIN.through Loyalist College, to deliver training leading to the Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management. EXIN, along with ISEB, is the authorized certification and examination agency for the IT Infrastructure Libraryä (ITILâ). ITSM Academy is 1 of only 6 providers in North America to earn this accreditation.

Accreditation assures our customers of the high quality of our ITSM/ITIL education, a fact supported by a passing rate over 95% for our foundation students.
