ITSM Academy Chosen to Provide Post Conference Training at the IT Service Management Forum (itSMF USA) 2006 Conference & Expo
Fort Lauderdale, FL — August 7, 2006 – ITSM Academy, Inc. announced today they will be delivering the interactive workshop ITIL® Small Scale Implementation at the itSMF USA 2006 Conference & Expo.
Smaller IT organizations, tasked with doing more with less, may feel ITSM is beyond their reach, resources and budget. ITSM Academy’s ITIL® Small Scale Implementation is a two (2) day workshop that provides practical, grassroots guidance on implementing ITSM in a smaller IT environment.
Based on the newly published Office of Government Commerce (OGC) publication by the same name, ITIL Small Scale Implementation, this workshop demonstrates how to overcome staff, tool and budgetary constraints by designing robust, meaningful and manageable ITSM Continuous Service Improvement Programs that meet the needs and resources of your business.
“ITSM Academy is so pleased we’ve been chosen again this year to provide post conference training. Since the conference theme is Making ITSM a Reality – Service and Beyond we thought there was no better class to offer. This workshop helps smaller IT organization learn how to adopt and adapt ITIL best practices to meet their unique process requirements. We really focus on ‘doing more with less’,” said Jayne Groll, President of ITSM Academy.
“In my past life, I was the IT Director for a small/medium sized business, so when we received the early copy of the book, I knew this was a class we had to build. To be able to provide focused, practical guidance to smaller organizations is a great feeling.”
