ITSM Academy Expands Corporate Headquarters and Training Center in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida
FORT LAUDERDALE, FL — November 1, 2006 — ITSM Academy, a full service provider of IT Service Management (ITSM) education and advice, announced today it has expanded their corporate headquarters, adding two additional training rooms to the Training Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
“While a large percentage of classes and workshops delivered are actually at our clients sites, we take great pride in our Public Classes. Each month, we have learners fly in from across the country, and more and more frequently, from outside of the United States. As our portfolio of certification classes and workshops continue to grow, we required additional classrooms to meet the needs of our learners,” said Jayne Groll, President of ITSM Academy. “We were very fortunate to be able to expand our existing Training Center, which has served us so well. In addition to the two new training rooms, we have also added ample office space. We are thankful to have a great group of people and it is important to us to provide them with the a professional, functional and fun environment,” continued Groll.
“The core of our continued success is based on our classes being not only interesting – but sustainable. Our trainers all have years of hands-on IT practitioner experience. This allows them to effectively intertwine real life experience with the best practice theory – giving learners the best of both worlds. Also, we have developed a series of hands-on exercises and scenarios which engage the learners more fully than a standard lecture course,” explained Groll.
