FORT LAUDERDALE, FL — January 29, 2007 – ITSM Academy, Inc. is proud to announce they have become a Gold Sponsor of the IT Service Management Forum (itSMF USA).

The itSMF USA helps member organizations achieve measurable operational excellence by introducing, developing and promoting IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices. The itSMF USA oversees 39 Local Interest Groups (LIGs) who meet to share information and learn about ITIL best practices.
