ITSM Academy Awarded GSA
FORT LAUDERDALE, FL — May 11, 2007 – ITSM Academy, Inc. announced today they have been awarded the General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contract.

Included in ITSM Academy’s GSA Schedule is their full line of accredited IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Certification Training, ITIL Workshops, IT Service Management (ITSM) Workshops, ISO/IEC 20000 Accredited Certification Training and the Apollo 13 ITSM Simulation.
ITSM Academy GSA Contract Number is GS-02F-0087T. The award is for Training Course contract (FSS 69), SIN 27-400: Instructor Lead and Web Based Training.
