ITSM Academy Opens Newest Training Center in Dallas, Texas to Provide IT Service Management Training, including IT Infrastructure LibraryTM(ITIL®), ISO/IEC 20000 and Microsoft® Operations Framework (MOF) Certification Courses
FORT LAUDERDALE, FL — September 21, 2007 — ITSM Academy, a full service provider of IT Service Management (ITSM) education and advice, announced today the opening of a Training Center in Dallas TX., to support the growing demands for IT Service Management Training.
“Our first Training Center is located in South Florida, with our corporate headquarters,” said Jayne Groll, President of ITSM Academy. “Building another Training Center in Texas will make attending an ITSM Academy public classroom more accessible for our clients in the mid-and-western United States. Our Texas Center is being built with the same focus on quality of the learning environment, as we believe it a critical element in the overall experience,” continued Groll.
“We announced the plans of our expansion into Texas at the itSMF USA National Conference earlier this week. The response has been phenomenal. We are looking forward to have the Center completely functional during the first Quarter of 2008,” added Groll.
The Dallas Training Center will offer a full catalog of Public, Accredited Training. With the new courses becoming available under the ITIL Version 3 Training Scheme, the Dallas location will offer ITSM Academy clients additional flexibility.
