ITSM Academy Introduces Two New Blogs
FORT LAUDERDALE, FL — January 26, 2008 – ITSM Academy, Inc. announced today they are hosting two (2) new blogs, ITSM Professor and Plain Jayne.
ITSM Professor is led by Professor Wise. It is a positive forum for sharing knowledge, questions, ideas and insights into best practice IT Service Management standards and frameworks such as ISO/IEC 20000, ITIL and MOF.
Plain Jayne is led by ITSM Academy’s President, Jayne Groll. Jayne invites bloggers to join her at her “virtual water cooler”. Here Jayne will plain talk on the latest developments in IT Service Management as well as news from the Academy.
