ITSM ACADEMY ADDS ITIL MANAGING ACROSS THE LIFECYCLE (MALC) TO THEIR SERVICE CATALOG
FORT LAUDERDALE, FL — July 17, 2009 – ITSM Academy, Inc. announced today the release of their newest ITIL course – Managing Across the Lifecycle (MALC).
“This certification completes the Lifecycle and Capability streams by focusing on the ancillary knowledge required to implement and manage the necessary skills associated with the use of the Lifecycle practices,” said Jayne Groll, Co-Founder and President of ITSM Academy. “As with all of our advanced ITIL Courses, MALC has our unique virtualization – Living the Lifecycle – woven through it.
